Panthers Look to Remain Perfect at Rose-Hulman

HANOVER, Ind. – The Panthers hit the road as they travel to Terre Haute, Ind. to take on the Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers on Wednesday evening.

REVIEW: The Blue and Red enter the contest with an unblemished Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference record after defeating Franklin (2-1) and Earlham (1-0) last week. In the contest with Earlham, Hanover was led by sophomore Kelsey Hughes (Noblesville, Ind.) who tallied her second game-winner of the year. The Panthers finished the contest with a game-high 25 shots, 15 of which were on frame.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS: The Blue and Red have tallied 173 shots this season with 95 being on goal. They have netted 21 goals, while averaging 15.7 shots per game. Leading the charge this season is sophomore Autumn Boothby (Mount Orab, Ohio) ranking among the top in the HCAC in goals with six. She has posted a team-high 13 points with 31 shots and an assist. In frame, sophomore Amanda Carmosino (Noblesville, Ind.) has registered a 5-3-1 overall record with 56 saves. She currently holds 1.12 goals against average.

SCOUTING ROSE-HULMAN: The Fightin' Engineers enter the contest 7-4-1 overall after defeating Defiance 4-0. Rose-Hulman is led this year by Jessica Wells with a team leading seven goals, nine assists, and 23 points. Lane Lawrence has also found success with three goals, two assists, and eight points.
